Introduction
1100 patterned aluminum sheet is industrial pure aluminum with Al content of 99.00% or higher. Like 1060 patterned aluminum sheets, 1100 cannot be heat-treated, but offers very high corrosion resistance and good electrical and thermal conductivity.
Due to its low density and good plasticity, it is commonly used for components requiring good formability and high corrosion resistance but not requiring high strength. It is easy to weld and braze; however, it may become sticky during machining.

Applications
- 1100 patterned aluminum sheet has good anti-slip performance and strong anti-corrosion ability, and is commonly used for anti-slip floors in public places or high foot-traffic areas, such as bus floors, elevator floors and factory floors, etc. It is produced by adding a small amount of copper into pure aluminum.
- Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, simple production and low cost, it meets the needs for large-area cooling and is commonly used in refrigeration equipment—such as temperature-controlled storage for dairy products, meat, fruits/vegetables, cold drinks, flowers and greenery, medicines, chemical raw materials and electronic instruments.
- 1100 patterned aluminum sheet can also be used for building decoration. With various patterns and textures and lightweight properties, it is suitable for billboard/building decorations, exterior wall decoration of high-rise buildings and factories, office lattice decoration, lamp bases and fan blades—offering strong decorative value and practical usability.
