Introduction
8006 aluminum foil has high strength, excellent formability and ductility, good corrosion resistance, and superior rolling performance. Its surface is smooth and flat, with extremely high moisture-proof and freshness-preserving performance, and it is unlikely to deform.
8006 foil is mainly used for making meal/food containers, egg tart trays, etc. It is produced by hot rolling, with tensile strength between 123–135 MPa. It can achieve water-wash grade A; the surface is very smooth, clean and free of oil stains. 8006 foil is especially suitable for aerospace anti-wrinkle meal boxes, producing no wrinkles at the edges after stamping and offering a flat, smooth appearance.
