Introduction
8011 aluminum coil is produced on the basis of 1xxx pure aluminum, with the addition of Fe–Si elements. When the content exceeds 1% of the total alloying elements, it gains relatively distinct advantages in alloy performance. It is commonly used to produce aluminum foil below 0.2 mm and aluminum coils in the 0.2–0.5 mm range, offering better performance than pure aluminum foil and widely used in foil and thin coil applications.
8011 coil is a strong product of our factory with mature processes, stable quality, and excellent mechanical properties such as elongation and tensile strength. 8011 coil foil is commonly used for fin materials, building decoration, and bottle caps. 8011 coil is used for producing single/ double-zero foils, bottle-cap punching blanks, air-conditioner foil radiator fin stock, building decoration materials, and more—such as pharma foils, flexible soft packaging, heat-seal foils, beer labels, single/double-zero foil billets, cable tape blanks, bottle cap materials, aluminum-plastic panels, curtain-wall panels, etc.
